What it’s like
Friendly games, lively rallies
Expect good games, plenty of chat between points and a warm welcome from the moment you walk in. We’re a small club, so it doesn’t take long to feel like part of the furniture.
Every so often there’s a club competition night, when the rallies get a bit more serious and the bragging rights get enormous.

Good questions
Before you come down
Do I have to join straight away?
Nope. Come as a visitor for £10 a night and join when you’re hooked.
I haven’t played in years. Is that OK?
Of course. Tell us a bit about your game when you message and we’ll make sure you feel at home.
What should I bring?
Indoor trainers with non-marking soles, a racket and a drink. That’s it.
Can I play for a team?
We’ve got two teams in the Oldham & Rochdale League. Mention it on a Thursday and we’ll tell you how to get involved.
Is there parking?
Yes, it’s free on site, and there are disabled bays too.
How much is it once I’ve joined?
Anywhere from £7 a night down to nothing at all, depending on your membership. Students pay £3. See membership.
